For Newspapers

· Special Sections - $1,800 annual per paper

(Billed $150 monthly or prepaid annually - $1,710)

· How-To Articles - $1,800 annual per paper

(Billed $150 monthly or prepaid annually - $1,710)

· Unlimited Service - $2,520 annual per paper

(Billed $210 monthly or prepaid annually - $2,394)

TOP TIPS Articles are included with the How-To articles or Unlimited Service Subscriptions at no additional charge

· HotterPrice.com - $300 annual per paper

(Separate Users Agreement required)

All Contracts have a one (1) year minimum.

The subscription will be one of the following identified on your invoice:

1. SPECIAL SECTIONS Service shall mean during the term of the contract the rights granted herein applies to users in one location. The Service includes access to all content from current content in the Special Sections database during each month of the Service.

2. HOW-TO ARTICLES Service shall mean during the term of the contract the rights granted herein applies to users in one location. The Service includes access to all content from current content in the How-To articles database and the TOP TIPS articles during each month of the Service.

3. HOTTERPRICE.COM Service shall mean during the term of the contract the rights granted herein applies to users in one location. The Service includes the features outlined in the HotterPrice.com Publisher’s Agreement (a separate document).

4. UNLIMITED SERVICE shall mean during the term of the contract the rights granted herein applies to users in one location. The Unlimited Service includes full access to all Special Sections, How-To Articles, TOP TIPS Articles and HotterPrice.com on-line Marketplace.
